Working conditions

Employees, employers and the government share a large and common interest
in keeping working conditions proper. Employees wish to retire in good health and
the government keeps oversight that employers are in obedience with valid law and
regulations so that this aim is achieved. Healthy employees contribute to higher productivity
and profitability.

The Labour law (Dutch: Arbeidsomstandighedenwet) defines general rules concerning working conditions.

According to the Arbeidsomstandighedenwet every company should perform a Risk Identification- and Evaluation (RI&E). The RI&E brings forth the information on which the working policy is based upon.
